Onboarding isn't just an orientation; it's the initial pathway for new team members to acclimate to our culture, processes, and values. Understanding the importance of a smooth onboarding journey, I owned the design and implementation of three internal wikis/hubs for Facebook, Messenger, and the Family of Apps Foundation. These tools were used as knowledge hubs- crafted to equip new hires with the essential tools, resources, and insights needed to navigate their entry into the company seamlessly. These wikis served as a foundational pillar, offering a centralized repository of information, fostering autonomy, and empowering new team members to integrate swiftly while fostering a sense of belonging within the vibrant Meta community.
