As part of my learning specialist duties at Meta, I spearheaded the development of our Messenger Academy Suite. The suite included onboarding programs, professional development workshops, team bonding events, micro-learnings and more. Our catalog of programs aimed to unite teams through the exploration of soft skills as well as fun activities. As the instructional designer on the team, I introduced ADDIE modeling into our design process, coupled with principles derived from experiencology, to address the needs of each project. Our design methods were later proven successful by Meta's employee experience surveys, showcasing an impressive 94% approval rating.
